HOW MUCH IS FLOWER DELIVERY?
Our Standard Delivery fee for areas in Johannesburg North is R100. Standard delivery can occur anytime up to 6 pm for residential addresses, and up to 5 pm for businesses.
Urgent Delivery is also available which is a 3-hour delivery service. Urgent deliveries must be booked by 12 pm on the day you would like the order. If an Urgent Delivery is chosen after 2 pm it will be delivered by 11 am the following morning.
While we cannot guarantee delivery times, we do accept delivery time requests. We typically require at least three hours notice for timed delivery. We always do our best, but on busy days we only can guarantee that orders will be delivered by 6 pm.
HOW WE DELIVER – CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY?
To ensure your delivery gets to the right person, please ensure the delivery address and contact number for the recipient are complete and correct. We cannot accept responsibility when incorrect or incomplete information is provided.
Our drivers always try to deliver in person, if the recipient is not home, or doesn’t answer the door their delivery will be left in a safe place out of the weather.
If we deem it unsafe to leave the flowers and we cannot contact the customer or recipient on the numbers provided they will be returned to our store and additional charges may apply for a return and any reattempt of delivery.
Please keep in mind, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the next available delivery date, Monday. Please call or WhatsApp us if you require Urgent Delivery on a Saturday. Please note that for same-day deliveries, floral options may be limited by what we have immediately available.
