Q. What is the deadline for placing an order for the same day?
A. Deliveries to all Johannesburg North suburbs are available same-day as long as the order is placed before 12 pm. If you require delivery on the same day later than this time, please call or WhatsApp our friendly staff at +27 76 381 4819 to see if we can accommodate your request.

A. We’re happy to assist with changing the delivery date as long as your order has not entered the preparation process. Once an order has entered the prep process, the order is final and no further changes can be made.

Q. Can I change the items?
A. We’re happy to assist with changing the items you purchased as long as your order has not entered the preparation process. NOTE: Our process for changing the items will result in your original order being cancelled and creating a new order with your desired items. Your order total may increase or decrease depending on the requested changes made. Once an order has entered the prep process, the order is final and no further changes can be made.

A. We understand sometimes life happens and schedules change. We’re happy to process a cancellation and refund as long as your order has not entered the preparation process.
Q. Where do you deliver? Conditions of Delivery
A. We are located in Fourways and we deliver in Johannesburg North.
To ensure your delivery gets to the right person, please ensure the delivery address and contact number for the recipient are complete and correct. We cannot accept responsibility when incorrect or incomplete information is provided. Our drivers always try to deliver in person, if the recipient is not home, or doesn’t answer the door their delivery will be left in a safe place out of the weather. If we deem it unsafe to leave the flowers and we cannot contact the customer or recipient on the numbers provided they will be returned to our store and additional charges may apply for a return and any reattempt of delivery. Please keep in mind, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the next available delivery date, Monday. Please call or WhatsApp us if you require Urgent Delivery on a Saturday. Please note that for same-day deliveries, floral options may be limited by what we have immediately available.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. For orders placed online, we accept instant EFT and all major credit cards; VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners. For orders placed telephonically and via WhatsApp, we also accept bank EFT and Cash.
Q. Do you deliver on the weekend or public holidays (Trading Hours)?
A. We are open 6 days every week; Monday to Saturday 9 am until 6 pm. We are closed and do not deliver on Sundays and most Public Holidays save for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and if Valentine’s Day falls on a Sunday. Please contact Bloomed Out with your specific requirement such as a Sunday birthday delivery.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
A. Your purchase is final and non-refundable. No Product may be returned or refunded except for Damaged Products. Damaged Products – If the Product arrives damaged (”Damaged Product”), Bloomed Out will provide a replacement product if the original (damaged) product is returned by you at your cost and received by Bloomed Out OR a photograph showing damage is received by Bloomed Out within 12 hours from confirmation of delivery.

Q. What if my chosen flowers aren’t available?
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all-rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another colour.
